Terms of Service — Heritage State Bank

1. Acceptance of Terms

By opening or maintaining an account with Heritage State Bank, N.A. ("Heritage", "we", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable federal and state laws.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and a resident of the United States to open an account. You must provide accurate identifying information when registering.

3. Account Security

You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for any activity under your account. We recommend enabling two-factor authentication. Notify us immediately at support@heritagestate.com of any unauthorized use.

4. Transfers and Payments

Internal transfers between Heritage accounts are typically completed instantly. We reserve the right to delay, decline, or reverse transactions that violate these terms or applicable law, or that we suspect to be fraudulent.

5. Fees

There are no monthly maintenance fees on standard checking and savings accounts. A complete fee schedule is available on request.

6. FDIC Insurance

Deposits at Heritage State Bank are insured by the FDIC up to $250,000 per depositor, per insured ownership category.

7. Termination

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or close your account for violations of these terms with reasonable notice where permitted by law.
